Product Overview
Entrance/Intersection/Blind Corner Entrance Proximity Warning Light Collision Avoidance System
In warehouse entrances, passageways, and intersections—areas characterized by limited visibility and high ambient noise—the risk of pedestrian-vehicle collisions is significantly elevated. To mitigate this hazard, our system deploys dynamic ground-projected signage (e.g., “STOP – VEHICLE APPROACHING” or customizable red warning symbols), synchronized with audible voice alerts (“Caution: Vehicle Entering—Do Not Cross”) and high-intensity visual warnings (flashing strobes). These cues activate automatically upon detection of forklifts or other industrial vehicles within a predefined sensor range. When no vehicle is present, the system displays a green pedestrian crosswalk symbol, signaling safe passage.

The Blind Corner Entrance Proximity Warning Light comprises three integrated components:
- Multi-modal Sign Projection: High-luminance, weather-resistant projectors deliver crisp, context-aware ground markings—adaptable to surface conditions and lighting environments.
- Audible–Visual Alert Module: Dual-channel audio output (localized directional speaker + omnidirectional siren) paired with Class II LED strobes ensures redundancy across auditory and visual channels—even in noisy industrial settings (>85 dB(A)).
- Intelligent Sensor & Control Platform: Radar- and LiDAR-fused detection enables sub-second response times (<0.8 s latency); centralized IoT-enabled control allows remote configuration, real-time status monitoring, and data logging for safety analytics.

Key Advantages:
- Real-time responsiveness: Sub-second detection-to-alert activation minimizes reaction delay.
- Cognitive clarity: Standardized, linguistically unambiguous signage and voice prompts reduce interpretation errors.
- Human-error mitigation: Fully automated operation eliminates reliance on manual intervention or procedural compliance.
- Operational adaptability: Configurable detection zones, alert thresholds, and multilingual voice prompts support shift-based traffic patterns and evolving facility layouts.
